📚 Medication Management Enhancements
- Medication Permission Attachments: Added the ability to attach an image or PDF (e.g., doctor's note or prescription) to Medication Permission Forms;
- Medication Form Dropdown (Pre‑create): Updated the Medication Permission Form to include a Type dropdown; this field is also added to applicable medication log reports and journals;
- Medication records (both emergency and regular) now support the following outcomes: Administered / Applied, Refused, and Ineffective / Expelled;
- Medication Log: Added a new column labelled "Administered" that displays the administered status along with the relevant administration details;
Fixed and optimized known issues:

A comprehensive update to student health management, introducing flexible dose tracking, automated regional compliance schedules, supporting document enforcement, and guardian onboarding workflows.
Customizable Multi-Dose Schedules: Configure flexible dose histories for individual vaccines under Setup > Center > Custom > Health. Administrators can define custom dose counts tailored to specific center policies.
Automated Jurisdiction Schedules: Centers located in supported Canadian provinces and territories automatically pre-load verified regional immunization schedules upon setup. Existing centers can instantly pull up-to-date regional standards using the Load Default Vaccinations tool.
Dynamic Student Health Profiles: Toggling vaccination tracking under Setup > Center > Configuration unlocks expandable immunization profiles for every student. Tracks five distinct statuses: Complete, Exempt, Missing Info, Alternative, and Upcoming.
Automated Guardian Onboarding & Proof Verification: Parents and primary guardians with overdue records or incomplete details are automatically routed through an onboarding completion workflow. Immunizations require uploaded document evidence to move out of Missing Info status.
Bulk Registration Sorting: Resolved sorting issues when ordering records by Group As Of Date within bulk registration workflows.
Bulk Action Modal Fix: Fixed an issue where empty confirmation dialogs remained visible after executing bulk actions.
Organization Setup Navigation: Fixed a permanent loading spinner in Country/State dropdowns under Super Admin > Organization Setup, unblocking organization creation for non-default regions.
Universal Accessibility Control: Introduced a global text-size control across the platform to enhance readability and WCAG compliance for low-vision users.
Simplified Admissions Statuses: Streamlined prospect tracking by removing redundant Denied Enrollment tags and standardizing removal behaviors across all admissions pipelines.
Messaging & Directory Filtering: Inactive staff members are now automatically filtered out of classroom staff counts, messaging group directories, and active conversation rosters.
HEIC Media Rendering: Resolved HEIC photo display issues in admin and parent app journal feeds and lightboxes, ensuring iOS photos render cleanly instead of displaying broken image icons.

📚 Communicate - Email Sorting
- Added a new group selector under the staff filters in Communicate > Email > Compose;
- Staff recipients and blind copy recipients can now be filtered by assigned homeroom groups;
- Supports selecting multiple groups to email specific groups of staff;
📚 Communicate - Staff Messages
- Added visibility into staff members included in group conversations;
- Staff names can be searched within the group member list;
- Added an expandable section in the conversation view to display all room staff included in the group;
- The Admin Team group will continue to hide staff names and the expandable member section;
📚 Journal - Media Improvements
- Added a 200MB file size limit for journal video uploads;
- Added pinch to zoom functionality for mobile devices
📚 Organization Setup - Rotessa Information Requirements
- Added a popup reminder for Organization Admins to complete required information when Rotessa is enabled;
- Popup can be dismissed and will not reappear until the next new browser session;
- Added indicators on the Staff page showing Center/Organization Admins with missing required information;
- Birthday and address fields are required when Rotessa is enabled and remain optional otherwise;
- Can now enter addresses for other countries.
📚 Moved to Featurebase Support
- Replaced the existing chat application with featurebase support chat;
- Added survey functionality to collect responses from parents and staff

📚 Setup - Vaccination Tracking
- Added a new "Vaccination Tracking" configuration under Setup > Center > Configuration;
- OFF: Only the "Immunizations are Current" toggle is shown in the student information and student info change editors (Admin Portal) and student information editor (Client Portal). No immunization records are displayed;
- ON: The "Immunizations are Current" toggle is hidden, and all immunization records are displayed on the student information and edit pages;
📚 Reports - Vaccine Status Report
- Added a new Vaccine Status Report under the Safety Reports tab;
- Generate reports for a selected vaccine by student(s), group, or all students;
- Filter by date range, student status (e.g. Active as of the selected date range), vaccine, and record status;
- Available only when Vaccination Tracking is enabled in the center configuration;
📚 Journal
Customize Student Journals:
- Users can click each child's tag to open and edit the journal currently being created for that child;
- Makes it easier to customize journal content for individual children when needed;
Add Journals for Absent RSVP:
- Added a new "Select All Not Absent" button to the student selection dialog when creating or editing a journal;
- Students who have absent RSVPs will appear greyed out on the list (but still selectable) with an absent RSVP badge;
- RSVP badges are based on the journal date. When creating a journal for a past date, RSVP statuses reflect that date instead of the current day;
📚 Localized Version
- Added Manitoba Health Number and PHIN support for Manitoba centers. Families are required to complete both fields during onboarding and will be redirected to onboarding if either field is missing;
- Added a new "Licensing Info" onboarding tag for each student, visible on the Families table;
- The "Licensing Info" tag is automatically displayed when the family's onboarding information is updated;
