📚 Setup - Vaccination Tracking
   - Added a new "Vaccination Tracking" configuration under Setup > Center > Configuration;
   - OFF: Only the "Immunizations are Current" toggle is shown in the student information and student info change editors (Admin Portal) and student information editor (Client Portal). No immunization records are displayed;
   - ON: The "Immunizations are Current" toggle is hidden, and all immunization records are displayed on the student information and edit pages;

 📚 Reports - Vaccine Status Report
   - Added a new Vaccine Status Report under the Safety Reports tab;
   - Generate reports for a selected vaccine by student(s), group, or all students;
   - Filter by date range, student status (e.g. Active as of the selected date range), vaccine, and record status;
   - Available only when Vaccination Tracking is enabled in the center configuration;

 📚 Journal
Customize Student Journals:
   - Users can click each child's tag to open and edit the journal currently being created for that child;
   - Makes it easier to customize journal content for individual children when needed;
Add Journals for Absent RSVP: 
   - Added a new "Select All Not Absent" button to the student selection dialog when creating or editing a journal;
   - Students who have absent RSVPs will appear greyed out on the list (but still selectable) with an absent RSVP badge;
   - RSVP badges are based on the journal date. When creating a journal for a past date, RSVP statuses reflect that date instead of the current day;

 📚 Localized Version
   - Added Manitoba Health Number and PHIN support for Manitoba centers. Families are required to complete both fields during onboarding and will be redirected to onboarding if either field is missing;
   - Added a new "Licensing Info" onboarding tag for each student, visible on the Families table;
   - The "Licensing Info" tag is automatically displayed when the family's onboarding information is updated;
